There were many versions to the story of this house but ultimately the truth would be told. The home was bought and lived in by a wealthy business man and then in 2012 it was sold to an investor who used the home to grow medical marijuana, legally.

On February 12th, 2015 a small electrical fire broke out in the home and it was never again used or lived in.

It became a very popular spot for vandals and explorers from all over to visit, until the home was eventually razed in March of 2017.
